with our clients to develop scope of works documents that identify
and address all the key issues, taking into consideration any other
operations that can be included at the same time.

Special projects:
- Scheduled preventative maintenance cleaning: Generally on a
smaller scale than full system shutdowns. This involves only
sections of plant or individual items of equipment and generally
does not require multi-disciplined activities.
- Decommissioning and cleaning: At the end of a plant’s productive
life, efficient decommissioning is essential to ensure minimal
environmental impact, allowing replacement.
- Gas holder decommissioning: A highly specialised activity that
involves elements of civil engineering, land reclamation and
hazardous waste handling and disposal.
- Hydraulic testing: Cape DBI offers a complete package of hydraulic
testing and proving services for a wide range of applications.
